We here at New York City Party Characters are pleased to make your acquaintance. We’re sure you’ve seen or heard of party character companies, but you’ve never seen anything like ours.  All our performance packages have the necessities for making a great kids party; live entertainment, fun activities, face painting, and photo opportunities so you can remember your day for years and years.
